On 12 May 2026, students participating in the second mobility of the 3D Academy Erasmus+ Project took part in an exciting Beach Volleyball Tournament held at El Bajondillo Beach in Torremolinos.
The activity brought together students from Spain, the Czech Republic, and Poland in a friendly sporting event designed to promote teamwork, communication, and intercultural exchange. To encourage collaboration and interaction between participants from different countries, the teams were intentionally formed as international groups, allowing students to work together regardless of their nationality or language.

Throughout the tournament, participants demonstrated enthusiasm, sportsmanship, and mutual respect while enjoying a healthy and active outdoor activity. The mixed-nationality teams created an excellent opportunity for students to strengthen existing friendships and build new relationships with their European peers. Through sport, students were able to overcome cultural and language barriers, developing important social and communication skills in a natural and enjoyable environment.

Beyond the competitive aspect of the event, the tournament played an important role in fostering the core values of the Erasmus+ programme, including inclusion, cooperation, solidarity, and European citizenship. Working together towards a common goal helped students improve their teamwork abilities while reinforcing the spirit of friendship and collaboration that characterises international mobility projects.
The Beach Volleyball Tournament was a memorable experience for all participants and contributed significantly to creating a positive group atmosphere during the mobility. It demonstrated how sport can serve as a powerful tool for bringing young people together, promoting intercultural understanding, and creating lasting connections between students from different European countries.
